This isn’t your typical retreat and will be unlike any one I've ever done before. It’s an unforgettable adventure with me in Lisbon, Portugal—a rare, intimate experience open to just 3 women ready to say yes exploring, trying new things and getting out of your comfort zone. This is a travel experience like no other!
We’ll stay together in a beautiful Lisbon apartment, tucked into one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, where cobblestone streets wind past tiled buildings and the smell of pastries lingers in the air. This is your invitation to travel like a local, connect deeply with yourself and others, and get the kind of private coaching that changes everything.
What You’ll Experience
I've heard that Lisbon in the fall is pure magic, and I've waited years to experience it for myself. The golden light. The energy of a city that feels both ancient and alive. Each day I've planned fun adventures to help us experience and explore the full wonders of the city and surrounding areas.
– Wander the tiled streets of Alfama and Bairro Alto on a guided food walking tour
– Visit castles, lookout points, and seaside towns
– We'll listen to traditional fado music after dinner at a local fado bar
– We'll take a day trip to Sintra Full-Day Guided Tour: Pena & Regaleira
– There will be time for you to journal and sip espresso or wine at tiny neighborhood cafés
– We'll set sail to watch the sunset!
– We'll explore the local markets, shop and cook together
– And each day we'll have time to connect with casual coaching conversations over dinner or morning coffee.
This is about traveling and exploring with me, meeting other like minded women and connecting on a deeper level to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Who It’s For
This Portugal Adventure is for three women only who are ready to break out of the daily grind and say yes to something real. It’s for you if you love travel, exploring new places, trying new food, and experiencing a city like a local—not from a tour bus.
This is my most down-to-earth trip—it’s less about luxury and more about authentic experiences, adventure, and connection. The Lisbon apartment is charming but modest, so the real focus will be on the moments we create together: the wandering, the laughs, the coaching, the conversations, and the memories.
It’ll feel like the best kind of girls trip—casual, connected, and meaningful. You’ll have time for private reflection, space to explore on your own, and plenty of shared moments too—shopping local markets, cooking together, eating amazing food, and bonding around the table at our apartment.
What’s Included
– 4 nights in a beautiful authentic apartment with me, you'll have a private bedroom but share a bathroom
– Daily adventures and activities planned by me (but with lots of room to wander and flow), tickets to any paid activities are included
– Daily coaching conversations, journaling sessions, mindset chats over wine
– A fully stocked kitchen with breakfast staples, lunch selections and your favorite beverages, wine etc. Also includes 2 dinners and 2 lunches out. We will cook dinner together at the apartment one night and one night is your choice, stay in or go out.
–4 Private coaching sessions 2 before our trip and 2 after (a $1,995 value)
–Transformation Bootcamp online course with all my coaching methods (a $297 value)
Flights, transportation and additional meals out are NOT included.
Our Apartment
I'll book us a private apartment similar to the ones shown below. The goal is to live like a local in a well appointed and well located authentic apartment. You'll have a private bedroom and share a bathroom.
