In the fall of 2025 I spent a spontaneous week in Sicily that turned into an international story after a woman in a tiny Sicilian village found my first book in her local library, even though it has never been sold in Italy. I followed my intuition, flew from Paris, and ended up having one of the most meaningful weeks of my life.
I was welcomed by incredible women who felt like instant family, explored their villages, shared long homemade meals, and even spent a day olive picking on Josephine Ingoglia’s farm. That experience reminded me how powerful it is to say yes, trust the moment and let life surprise you.
This retreat is built around that same energy.
This Travel Coaching Experience is Different
You’ll experience Sicily through true local connection, not tourism. My girl Josephine has currated some of her favorite local experiences for us and I can't wait for you to experience the magic she brings to all of this, you will love her! You’ll meet the people who shaped my trip and explore the places that made me fall in love with the island.
I’ll also teach mindset tools from my new book Think It, during our morning workshop. These are same ones I use with private clients and corporate teams and have been coaching for over a decade. These sessions will help you break old patterns, build real confidence and get clear on your next chapter.
This isn’t a typical retreat. I curate a small group of driven, like minded people who want more out of life. The conversations are deep, the coaching is transformational, and the connections last long after we return home.

This small group Sicily Coaching and Travel Experience is designed to give you the perfect balance of growth, adventure and once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. Our mornings are dedicated to powerful mindset coaching and meaningful connection as a group. After that, our afternoons will be experiencing all Sicily has to offer with our tour guide Josephine.

What’s Not Included
The following items are not included in your coaching package:

Airfare to and from Sicily (I recomend flying into Rome and booking a seporate flight to Sicily)

Airport transfers (our hotel is about 90-minutes from the Palarmo airport, we will provide transportation options
