I'm a big believer in making easy, delishous meals that look and taste impressive, but are actually simple and fun to make. I'll teach you some of my favorite dishes, the menu is a suprise but I'll make sure you leave with the recipies we used and a few of my other signature dishes. 

We'll make a 4-course meal together, learn food plating, food photography and table settings for entertaining. It's not enough to cook a tasty meal, you've gotta know how to present it in a way that your family and or guest will WANT to eat it! So I'll be sharing all my secrets for presentation, setting the vibe and creating a special experience you'll be able to duplicate back home. 

We'll eat the food we cook together. Food, recipies and drinks are included in your ticket price.
