On Saturday I was honored to be the opening motivational speaker, keynote speaker for the first ever WAG Academy, (hosted by WAGS Redefined) an empowering conference exclusively for women who's men are professional athletes.
I wanna give a huge thank you to the creator and visionary of this incredible event, LeShonda Martin. It's been amazing to watch as her dream came to life. She's such a great example of what is possible when we #DreamIT, #ThinkIT, #SayIT, #WriteIT, #SeeIT #DoIt, #BelieveIT and #LiveIT.
It was a dream come true (as it is every time I share my story to empower women and people around the country). I was honored to share the stage with Clerenda McGrady (best-selling author and wife of Tracy McGrady), the women of WAGS Miami and WAGS Atlanta series on E! And so many other incredible women sharing their wisdom and passions to inspire all of us.
For me it will never get old. Getting on a plane, writing a speech, stepping on stage, sharing my story, giving the tools that have changed my life... it will always feel THIS amazing. That is one thing I know for sure. I feel so blessed and so grateful and sooooo glad all the hustle has paid off. I'm so glad I never gave up on this dream because LIVING IT is everything I ever dreamed it could be!
